Here is the Inter Continental Final from White City in 1977 ... memorable, more than anything, for the first bend incident between Ivan Mauger and John Davis in the later stages of the meeting.
With hindsight one has to say that this was an incredible meeting for Peter Collins, even though as a Halifax fan at the time it pains me to acknowledge this, even today .... For those of you who actually liked the one-time World Champion this one will provide plenty of entertainment.

When Wembley had Towers ...

I have not uploaded many videos for a while, and hopefully I will be able to put more up soon.
Over the past few weeks I have seen that You Tube has lost some of it's best Speedway Videos, which is a great shame.
I shall try and replace as many of these as I can over the next few months.
I will start with one meeting that, mainly due to it's controversial ending, is still talked about today ... the final of the 1973 International Tournament at Wembley ...
